Your $400 two-hour private rental ($350 for student-athlete sports teams) is for up to 10 people, and $40 for each additional person ($35 for each additional student/parent). To comfortably use all modalities, we recommend up to 16 people. Up to 20-25 is feasible as long as a portion of the group is regularly enjoying the salt cave and there is not an expectation for all participants to be in a single room at one time.

Dress in comforable clothing, with swim attire recommended for infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy (the goal is maximium skin exposure). Shorts and sports bra are also acceptable. Please also bring indoor shoes/slides. We have towels, but feel free to bring your own. We have lockers to store your belongings. You may want to bring a change of clothes if you plan to use the cold plunge. You may bring food and drinks to enjoy in the compression room area (Ladies/Guys night out can BYOB). Water bottles allowed in all rooms.

We try to schedule private facility rentals after normal business hours - typically weekday evenings from 6:15-8:15 or 8:30-10:30, Saturdays before noon or after 4:00, or Sundays any time. But, there can be exceptions to rent during normal working hours. Call us to chat!

Your two-hour full facility rental includes compression boots (four sets), vibration plate (one unit), red light/near infrared light (four booths), 4-D massage chair (one unit), infrared sauna (three 3-person saunas), cold plunge (two units), and halo-therapy (salt cave that comfortably seats 10-12). With a week's advanced notice, we can also bring in an IV therapist with a full menu of IV treatments, and/or a massage therapist.

Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the ameneties while their son or daughter is attending a team bonding/film watching session, at no additional cost for the parent. Many parents choose to relax in the salt cave or fill in where modalities are open and available to enjoy!
